Front page hey? Thats certaining telecasting progress(part of consultation?) and it appears to be locally based but only small readership...

I read that front page with interest...mainly because I have been following NKWE progress for years and it took me a long time to get the gist of many of the terms used when discussing Company business.


ie Quoting the article
"Following issue of the Convertible
Bonds, and as previously announced on 7
March 2014, Nkwe and Jin Jiang agreed to
an immediate conversion of the $20m
Bonds and the company has issued Jin
Jiang 202,576,000 shares (Conversion
Shares) in satisfaction for conversion of all
of the Bonds.
The conversion means Nkwe has
expedited the previous debt to equity
timelines with Jin Jiang and provides Nkwe
with a strong balance sheet as it moves

Not exactly your average guys jargon imo
not exactly forecasting ANY benefits to Locals/readers.
Its just what I did....a cut and paste with little regard
for what might benefit the company profile to locals or what might interest anyone ...other than a NKP shareholder.

Read it as if you are a local guy....
no social or environmental points of interest like
employment or business opportunities changes required or benefits to the community....
Its a very sophisticated financial jargon based article of particular interest to shareholders.

Its a bit weird really.
