    They think the budget for Chinguetti will be over the 10% margin on the $625m figure, ie, over the $700m mark. Could that be one of the reasons for share price weakness recently? (at HDR not ROC though!), that coupled to recent dusters perhaps motivated by WPL. (I don't trust them ) :-(
