xf1,
I have already given a considered answer showing a range of where the future share price might and I backed it up with evidence, logic and reasoning, not just assertion.
Why don't you answer the question?:
Do you have a direct association with Asciano's board, or anyone who will benefit as a direct result of this equity raising?
If you do, you might like to ask them why a 2% payment (of $1,350 million dollars) in the event of a “no vote”, is not interfering with the outcome of a future vote?
This 27 million dollar charge against AIO in the event of a no vote is unduly influencing the outcome of this vote. It is effectively a bribe against existing shareholders voting no.
If it is not illegal it should be -and I will point this out to the regulators and the media.
gregb1, I have now made over 70 posts on this “highway theft” if you still are "not sure if you understand" you could read them ....or just read the articles by Terry McCrann.
That should help you understand.
Hope you guys had a good weekend too.
John S.
