Leaky ships and insider trading are basically negatives against the governance of a company. Don't forget there will be a decent contingent of Boeing staff who know about CVM and then there is Delta airlines and half a dozen other carriers whose staff will also know about CVM and the opportunity that CVM/SMN represents as a personal investment. Buying is a possibility from anywhere from within this background cohort.Even
FAA staff apparently compromised by Joe Biden will know about CVM and the company that wants it approved. And then there will be quite a few legal teams who have been across all the paper work as well. Actually the more that know of it the better.
Ross Love for me represents a considerable step up in the governance of this company - yes a real change from the past.So I very much doubt SMN running a leaky ship.
