the big questions!

So Monday 31st IDM enters a trading halt, on what we suspect to be an annoucement on raising funds to get a mine up and running for their heavy minerals.
Questions that I'd love to have everyones opinions on are
1. How will they raise this money?
2. At what price per share?
3. How much dilution to the company?
4. Which company will underwrite this issue?
5. Who has been buying the last month?
6.How much do we need to build this mine?
