the big restructuring deal

The potential of the latest deal has been vastly underrated but not by those who can look ahead, say 12 months.

It is one of the best Corporate restructuring exercises, I have seen sofar.

There is some talk as to how many shares will be allocated, will there be some coming back into the market, escrow, etc. But none of this is of an overriding importance.

In any case there will always be a demand for larger parcels if it comes to that and it is a big if.

Now is a good time to top up IMHO.
