That article is absolute crap.
Country towns near mines ( like moranbah ) have always had inflated house prices and falls , they have done for years and years and they represent the tiniest fraction of all homes in Australia.
Homes in the prices in the cities will continue to rise over time as they always have until interest rates rise that is the only thing that will slow them down.
