In a nutshell for anyone who is new here or considering taking a bite:
Market cap approximately $24 million.
Breatheright with a completely inferior product to ours (imho only) was acquired in 2007 for 588 million (which is 24.5x the above!)
Solid management team in place each with excellent experience and track records in implementation and delivery. Strong marketing focus to enhance product awareness and hopefully acceptance.
Ballantyne with connections in the industry and big past marketing success in other areas
Turbine increases air flow by 38% (anything that helps get a competitor an ‘edge’ will likely be a reason for many to try it imo)
High profit margins for the Turbine so even if it is only a gradual take-up of the product still very high profit margins with a sales prices approx. $24.95 and C.O.G to produce less than approx $1 per unit
Low market cap based solely on only the Turbine product and compared to other competitors
Turbine to be launched in only DAYS from now in THIS month (November 2013) and revenues to follow.
Profits from turbine in part will be used to enhance developments in snoring, sleep apena, drug delivery – which will likely unlock further opportunities and growth for the company in months/ years following.
IMO a Stringent and strict approach to managing the company’s money and using wisely
Some of the things that will make this company further “de-risked” and make it look even more attractive to investors will be the following (imo): *Cornerstone investor or large stakeholder showing their hand *Raise an amount of funds at a much higher price *Endorsement/ take-up of the product by a reputable brand or entity and announced to market *Indications at how the product is selling (whether subtle or direct) of how much turbine is liked *Fast tracking or any other positive developments in snoring, sleep apnea, drug delivery areas
If any, or some, or dare It if all of the above occur, and positively, then imho look out
momentum, newsflow, interest, product acceptance and stock supply/ demands are all things that will effect the Share price but even if a bumpy ride is to come i have little doubt it will go on to do much bigger things and is still extremely undervalued at this point in time IMHO
