Stocks that go up with good dividend announcements are normally not selling part of the business to do it. TBH im happy they are selling it and looking forward to seeing the dividend details ect and how the Aus business will function, cost ect.
Dividends will be paid to holders that hold on the ex-dividend date mate and we wont know the date until those details are released. This will be done in 2 installments. I've lost a large amount of money on this but glad to hopefully be getting something out of it atleast.
Restructuring will most likely occur post settlement and hopefully get some positive news around costs, profits ect. All a waiting game for now.
