I am surprised that many posters still think so short term when there are so many factors supporting Lynas POL aproval and then to production.
To name one only and briefly -
A neg response to the POL would be a HUGE embarrassment to Malaysia not least cause all kinds of problems with thier financial (growth) policies and actions.
I remind posters of Malaysias (important) overiding strategy to counter or reverse the manufacturing trends away from the country [to China], hence the deliberate and significant incentives to "foriegn" Companies ie Basf - Siemans and many others to produce and manufacter in Malaysia.
Imagine the damage to thier 'face' and reputation if it were not approved.
This alone for me insures approval - so what if its delayed a week or month.......no big deal unless you are a day trader.

Warnie et al including me should sit tight and relax as this Company is a no brainer buy even at this price.
