I'm not interpreting the directors buying shares as a bad sign. From memory one of the entities buying was wildash's self managed super fund.
I dont think a SMSF director/trustee/owner (whatever you want to call it)would do it otherwise.
With the china stuff - that was a different director and yeah admit a messup from the outset - reality of it is that (IMO) they didnt see the wool getting pulled over their eyes.
