Life span of a solar panel is 20 years plus. With almost zero maintenance. When time comes for replacement it will be swapped out for a much more efficient panel . E.g. solar panels today have twice the output of those from 10 years ago.
Life span of a wind turbine is similar with a small amount of maintenance.
A nuclear power station requires a 24/7/365 maintenance and operations crew to keep it online . lt requires regular replacement of large expensive components such as steam turbines and generators similar to a CFPS.
Without all that extra attention it would grind to a halt very quickly .
lt also requires very heavy 24/7/365 security . lt produces toxic waste that lasts for thousands of years .
lt's not even a contest .
