Firstly, if you want to participate in a discussion, specially in a public forum, then may I suggest that you should have in mind a certain elementary rule that states that the participants should always use in the characterization of the objects in discussion proper definitions, that is, the definitions as understood by those with at least an elementary understanding of the subject matter in discussion. It is what is called to speak in terms.
Secondly, whether or not such money has to be paid by the current or future generation is a matter that was not in discussion, but that can be brought into the discussion at any time, if you or anybody else thinks to be of interest.
Thirdly, arguments are won or lost on the basis of either the reasoning or evidence being presented or both, and not on the basis of personal attacks
