what if they can't get new loan?
Remember, execution is extended by 2 months only.
The time is too short for cnp to find new loan or sell assets without huge discount.
The key problem here is time. If local lenders agreed to extend it untill end of Sep like US lenders, it'll be much better then but unfortunately local lenders were not so lenient.
