@verily - Just wondering ... since you're more familiar with the Comex reports, can you confirm my observation?
Open interest balance (preliminary) for Mar reduced last night by 5,148 contracts.
And then looking at the Delivery notices for 25/2/21, it appears that quite a number of entities have given notice of taking delivery of a combined 5,904 contracts = roughly 29.5 million toz
So in summary, on the first trading day for the March Comex Calendar month
Open interest for March reduced by 5,148 contracts
5,904 contracts for delivery on the first March day, representing 29.5 million toz of silver
There remains in March 10,945 open contracts representing about 55 million toz
Wondering what comex activity will occur tonight and how many further delivery notices are received - this being only the second day in the March Calendar!
