The Perth Minth currently has some silver bars in stock
I rang today to ask about conversion of unallocated silver and taking delivery of physical bars.
I was advised that a delivery actually arrived in today. They originally had stock of 1kg 100oz and 1000oz.
I checked their available bars and the current status at 22/3 17:50 AEST is approximately
- 100 oz there are approx 130 bars available
- 1000 oz there are 39 bars available
Apparently all the 1kg bars sold out earlier today
So about 52,000 oz currently available
I guess it might pay to get in fairly quickly, or other wise go on their waiting list
The fee for converting 100 oz unallocated to 100 oz bar is approximately $150
The fee for delivery to NSW is based upon the value of the bars and is currently about $150 per 100 oz
I will convert some of my unallocated and convert to physical through the Perth Mint or may consider selling some unallocated and buying from another dealer in NSW where I can collect directly.
Anyway at least there is some stock at the Mint
