JPMorgan are creating and selling paper silver to keep the price down, WHILST at the same time they are accumulating all the physical silver they can get their hands on.
SO.. why are they doing that ?; because silver has actual substance, the paper money being created out of thin air to try and hold the current system together will soon collapse IMHO.
