I agree GB I dont get it. I assume the shorts control the price because if silver paper is cheaper than physical there is an arbitrage opportunity. Traders will sell physical if they can buy the paper for less. But if you have unprecedented demand for the physical how can they satisfy the arbitrage opportunity with fewer contracts?
