How many times I've read about PM scams, I've lost count....it's monumental. If someone offered to buy my car with gold or silver I'd laugh at them. I would take cash, or electronic payment in advance.
I had an Asian guy come around here a while back to buy an excavator from me. The cost was about $43,000 and he wouldn't pay me in advance, obviously because he didn't trust me. He wanted to use my computer to transfer the funds while he was right here on my property, which I permitted him to do. He was so naive that when he'd paid me and I'd checked the funds were in my account, he left my office without logging out of his bank account. I could have emptied it out. Not very smart. People are so naive and gullible.
