it just touched back against the trendline it broke last November. that kind of retest - where it uses all its strength just to make a lower high to touch resistance - is also a classic of its kind before a heavy capitulation

Strong odds are that it will now complete the head and shoulders down to 80 at the least. Once it breaks below 89 its going to move down to 80 fast

Id lay good odds on DXY at 70 within 4-5 years
