Actually I have no debt on my houses and haven't for years. The tenants paid them off.
But getting back to precious metals I'd like to see some evidence...always lacking on the gold and silver forums. Lots of allegations about fiddling, rigging, bankstering, but no proof.
It's always been the same - Fort Knox is empty, the gold bars inside are gold plated lead, China and Russia will rule the world because they've got 'stacks', and so it goes, year after year of dopey CT's.
And none of the moronic CT's have actually come to fruition....and that's what really counts.
