    Pay off any mortgage because interest rates are on the way up and that is very bad for gold and silver.

    But Jim Rickards, Peter Schiff and all those other career doomsayers who've been wrong forever, will tell you otherwise. Even I know that and I've never been to university or got a degree in economics. Gold 'expert' John Williams has a degree in economics and his predictions are the worst on the planet, I don't know of anyone who got it so badly wrong.
