Remember they have been dumping many years worth of silver for months now to keep silver suppressed in the current shortage period over the last year. Now they have to keep doing THAT whilst new longs are coming in looking for safety. While retail silver buying is surging to the highest periods in many years, perhaps forever.

Now ZeroHedge says Russia is banning all exports, including silver, of which it is the 4th largest producer... Those banks involved in USD protection through gold/silver markets must be sweating bullets right now. Makes me laugh.
