High oil/gas is also very bullish for solar panels. There are already hundreds of millions of ounces silver tied up in these 20+ year solar panel products that isn't coming back anytime soon to recyclers. Anyone holding out on solar will see it as the only way to manage costs with the new gas/diesel prices.
Maybe we will see demand up to 15-20% of silver supply this year, just another wrecking ball to the manipulators wishes.
Miners in particular should be looking at off grid solar grinding circuits instead of diesel. For ~6M AUD (now) you can get around 10MW of solar power, enough to run a couple large ball mills or whatever to grind your product while the sun shines. Have enough of them and you can build your finely ground stockpile to cover cloudy days and night time so that keep your mill running 24/7. Get off the diesel aussie miners.
