I expect a big rise in interest rates soon to crash the housing market, maybe 6 more weeks. It'll take a while for prices to come down, and maybe the new currency/economic system will be rolled out before house prices are sane again. I am skeptical they are going to just easily let stackers get rich in this transition so there may be a few hurdles to jump over. We have to be astute in the transition and not let our guards down.
