I think your cynical brain is spot on , with gold on a constant upward trajectory it looks pretty obvious what games they are playing with the silver market . Silver gets smacked down hard when it looks like going on a bit of a run even when gold is up . The crooks look like they are positioning themselves for a big jump in the price to $28 to $30 an ounce.
