Not if the buyers and sellers are the same entitiy.
Not if the paper silver is leveraged multiple times of the physical.
Not if the silver market is relatively small.
Not if JP Morgan, a convicted PM manipulator, runs the market.
I personally would not touch any paper silver. Definitely not SLV. Only physical assets.
