I estimate the Silver market is about US$ 24 billion, Chump change for China.
Chinese investors are very patient and take a long term view.
When Russia and China are ready they will corner the Physical market.
No amount of rule changes and movement of goal (pun intended) posts,
like was done to the Hunt Brothers and Warren Buffett, will get the Crooks off
