I couldnt agree with you more Octain. When I suggested that the company had culture issues and that maybe he really needed to look closer to home I got shot down in flames. I was even told I had a vendetta against the company. Having lost such a lot of money that last point was probably right.
Seriously, with all the info out there in newspapers and lightly referred to on hot copper and then the serious lack of disclosure (we've all complained about the lack of info coming from them) I think that Bill Wild in the end had a choice of listening to scuttlebutt or listening to his management team. Sadly he listened to the management team without even acknowledging theres no smoke without fire. Should have replaced the entire management team when he took over which is probably what most shareholders would have been happier with. Better to have people working with you rather than against you
