    Regretably - the result is he failed. Whether it was stacked against him or he was not good enough ... fish & chip paper now ... the end result was that he was unable to turn it around (and certainly I am not blaming him solely at all). We were all looking for a White Knight ... Bill unfortunately was not that person, but we will never know if it was even possible I guess.
