I've got no idea MrQ, when and how these things are hard and voted on is a mystery to me. I am assuming the more controversial bills are heard and discussed first and then then more simple ones are clumped together towards the end of the sitting period and passed through then.

From what I can tell both houses are sitting up until the 12 Dec by which time all bills before the house must be dealt with. Therefore we will have a decision before this is heard in court....hence i do not think this will actually go to court.
