Not an expert in these share movements but I have done off-market transfers (for capital gains tax avoidance) and was able to choose the price and date of the transfer. I believe I could choose within the past 3 months but maybe it is 6 months. The SP was closish to 19 cents 6 months ago.
Could that be an explanation for the 19c.
