Because they are a fund with mandates and requirements which sometimes force actions individuals wouldnt make.
Because they have been through the pain of administration and seeing it at 2.5c.
Because they have extrcted further value through the royalty.
Many reasons they could dispose of 10% of their stake.
I dont agree it dilutes the Strategic nature. Its so huge they could reduce it to 25% and still easily be a king maker.
