Sadly Hajji this is not true, most bad regimes start as a minority. Take the Nazis just for one. The Greens are a minority but they basically run Australia and their Carbon Tax would be thrown down the nearest long drop if ever the people were allowed to vote on it. But they will not be, so there you have a dictatorial minority here in Aus as you state. The thing that sh-ts me is why cannot goverments and the populace for that matter learn from their past mistakes.
