Feb 2018 first response to ASX enquiry, paragraph 19 “penalty for failing to achieve such sales is loss of the exclusivity rights for those territories.”

It took an asx enquiry to find out the facts that should have been in the original Buddy / Digicel revenue forecast announcement. With any telco I know of, they make you payout your contract if you want to leave. Digicel should have a taste of their own medicine.
So you do know the terms of what was negotiated.
So why complain about the terms now.
Once you learnt of the terms and you didn’t agree with the terms you had an opportunity to sell no doubt at a big profit.

It’s like knowing it’s go to rain yet don’t take an umbrella then complain because you got wet!

i guess ppl are hoping to double their investment but cannot live to the fact that this is a risky investment. The risk is inherent in the pricing.
