Firstly I have never cut and pasted anything in my life.In fact I don't even know how.Secondly,as my posts indicate I only had a vague recollection of what they paid for them and were happy to be corrected which you have now done.
My point was,and you would certainly have to agree that the reserves were MILES under what is realistic.I don't think anyone on this forum from Vic could disagree with that seriously.
I guess my point is that they probably only achieved current market value but it was passed off as incredibly outstanding results 50% over the reserve price.
I realise that it is all TV and theatre etc but it really is a bit insulting.
That is all I am trying to say.I am not claiming it was a particularly poor result but simply saying that based on very ROUGH calculations,it was not the OUTSTANDING results they are being made out to be .That is all.
Just very AVERAGE at best.
