hi loobs, while it is good to see property starting to pullback,its sad to see people who were sucked in on the lies ie prop always goes up etc etc the people who caused this mess at the end of the day was our government with the neg gearing,fhb grant.(re agents played their part although i guess they are doing their job but not something you could be proud of) Imagine having to work 6 days/week and or overtime at work to support a mortgage( meanwhile your wife/kids are without a father whos at work on the wkends/gets home late at night. oh well... i played my part through neg gearing so i guess im guilty too..... nah
