I guess its the 'celebrity factor' that makes some people happy to pay a premium to own the house where TV stars have breathed the same air, tread the same floorboards and prob relieved their bowels in the very same toilet.
They're hoping that the essence of celebrity will continue to inspire future like-minded knucklehead buyers.
