1) Afterpay's global merchant base will accelerate Block's growth with acquiring larger sellers and expansion into new geographies.
2) Afterpay helps to bridge the Block Cash App and Seller ecosystems.
3) Afterpay also helps businesses through helping drive repeat purchases and increasing transaction sizes (something that's already a prime focus of Block).
4) I think it's pretty obvious that Afterpay will just become a better product for consumers when it's integrated into the Cash App (having its other financial tools to work with).
