re: more moving to brisvegas Just sold on the Gold Coast also, and moved to Sydney...the last Summer was unbearable, as you say Hot Humid and oppresive.....the Gold coast sucks. It used to be great but has lost it's direction, 14 high rises in the Surfers Southport area it really is awful now, and the new Mayor Ron Clarke first thing he does is vote himself a pay rise....marvellous.
