housing property collapse how much is mild Ok how much will be a "mild" collapse
I reckon the following - with a 12 month window of prediction
*-30% in melbounre
* -20% in sydney
* stable in adelaide
*5-10% gain in brisbane and perth.
This seems to be a rational regional forecast i read in some report somewhere - tend to agree in theroy - reality might be different but its a discussion starting point.
