i told many people that prices in sydney (and others) were falling.....there were whole threads on this topic a year AND two years ago but...ALL KNOWING 'owners' and 'investors' posting on this forum were crying foul time and time again...
...alleged 20% price hikes and stuff...all dematerialised all of a sudden ? ? ?
in a flash ?
now "crash and fall" is becoming harder to ignore ! ! !
(although it is not for the lack of trying...we still do have a few persistant spruikers, some of whom only started posting recently...)
