Can't see the advantage for the G's to sell out now.

There is a pile of drill results in a controlled process to ensure information is not available to sellers prior to T/O close, given the express projection for delivery by ourour board of directors prior to the T/O
All the DHEM work falls into the same bin, one can only imagine how this huge backlog in information is not available to sellers

Really can't see why the G's or anybody esle would be wanting to walk away from AVB at this point. Even with a biligerant OZL possibly getting over 50.1% and trying to flush out shareholders with CR's etc. They can't hold back progress, they will then have directors responsible for continuous disclosure and they won't be able to keep a cap on information for ever, and they are going to be wanting to crow to their shareholder base about the great investment they have been making to keep their jobs. That can only result in one thing as far as I'm concerned - flushing out of a more realistic value for remaining sharholders.

Altenatively can't wait for independent valuation!!! That's going to make the current directors squirm~if not more.
