@ Gusto: as the saying goes..."it's always nice to have powerful friends." Having a good relationship with the government gives Kogi position and protection. Anyone who has ever tried establishing a business knows that competition will do whatever they can to disrupt growth. It seems that Kogi (if what I've read is true) is actually in a position of power and influence; a gatekeeper.
