Its a bloody disgrace how Management stitched up most shareholders in this raise, absolute disgrace.
And what is more disgraceful is that shareholders approved Management's actions with their votes. If they hadn't approved the additional placement capacity at the last meeting then we all could have had a say on whether the deal was fair and should proceed or not.
Its as if most shareholders enjoy the feeling of have a large spiked club rammed up their shaft.
