You are quite right, they could have disagreed about something else, who knows - all I am saying is there is a definite situation (stampede style liquidating of shares) prior to a very ordinary result being made public. - someone in the company has to be accountable.
But hey - you may be write, there could be something else which caused the resignation - personally I would just like to see some very transparent announcements from the company detailing the events leading up to the announcement of results.
