DDzx from memory there was $2mil odd immediately to issue to Sophistos. Then the further $5mil+ in Place and SPP was to go to a EGM for approval at the end of August to be issued in September.
So a 3B notice whatever should issue this week on the first trache and maybe by the end of this week the EGM Agenda should issue. Remember DDzx you were anticipating AH getting a significant allocation out of this second Placement while I was speculating that it'd be only a "cosmetic" takeup by the "also directors" like Beasley.
I await the EGM proposals. It is extremely difficult to get a No vote passed at the EGM.

Again the whole REE sector is a mess compounded by the recent Molycorp "news". PEK Management along with every other REE Management are in strife for financing.The projections for future REE demand are uncertain. As is demand for most all other Materials but REE in particular. Very Depressing.
