Pretty much anyone trying to raise money at the moment has their balls firmly locked in the vice's of the brokers.
Putting the long term potential of Ngualla aside, PEK is in Africa in a currently unloved sector. Right now they don't have a lot of choice to go begging. There are even worse cap raisings going on. From where I am, any barometer measuring risk is finding new lows. I can't be convinced that a board spill is going to overcome the current macro situation with speccies.
