    If revenue is up and profit is good, then SP will be increased. The board will get full credit and bonus.

    If SP went down, then the Board must be sole responsible for it. The board must not blame anything else.

    The board must manage company and business. The board also monitor market conditions. If the board fails to do so, then SP will go down.

    What is happening to MCR? SP went down. Who should be responsible for this? Shareholders or the board?
