Ok, Sage has done a good job in making us money.....no complaints but the board is currently responsible for the heavy discount the shares are to its cash backing
Cash at around $230M plus with a market cap of $90 is a joke and
If Sage does not do anything to rectify the situation he may be out of a job.
THe longer the SP stays this low the more likely a takeover or attempt to dismiss the board becomes as likely
the board may have to be dismissed
